zzzzzzzzz............

YAY! Bridger slept through the entire night last night! A straight 9 hours! 10 without eating! Now how do I keep him from getting up tonight?? Should I just use the binky plug? He usually eats at about 9:00 and sleeps till about 4:30 so that's not too bad but now that I've had a full nights sleep for the first time in 10 weeks...I DON'T WANT TO GIVE IT UP!!!
What do I do?

A combination of praying and the binky should do the trick. Do the same things before bed.

If you figure it out let me know! I haven't had a full night sleep in 3 years! Carter barely started sleeping through the night when Cambri was born and she gets up 2-3 times! I'm destined for no sleep for the rest of my life! Hanna's tutu is ready we will bring it over:)

Check out this book- "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child." I used it with Taylor, and I wish I had used it with all of my kids! He recommends putting babies down early- like 6:00-6:30, then feed them before you go to bed- usually around 11:00. (you can usually wake them enough to feed them, but not fully wake them up so they go right back down.) It takes a few days for them to get used to the schedule, but it really works if you're consistent.

I SWEAR by Gary Ezzo's book Babywise. I think we've talked about it before! Congrats and good luck!
