So we have had to come up with a few new things to keep us busy this wintery season! This week Hunter is working on his spelling and mazes! while Hanna banana is trying all of Hunter andmy weird food concoctions from a new kid cookbook he got from Christmas! This week we made Astronaut pudding(instant pudding and milk in a baggie and you SQUISH it, cut a hole in the bottom and eat it)
and apple surprises!(cut the top off an apple, scoop out the middle and fill it with a peanut butter and raising mixture! YUMMY!)They were actualy pretty good, MESSY but YUMMY!

I love cooking with Nikki. It is so much fun to watch them want to put the scoop of flour or what not in the mixer. I need to find out what that recipe book is. Maybe I can get her to eat again!!
