Well upon request I am giving out our famous family recipe for
Homemade Ice cream! It's our favorite so enjoy!
2 cans Eagle Brand Milk
2 Pints Whipping Cream
3 Cups Milk
1 1/2 Cup water
1 1/2 Tbs vanilla
2 Cup fruit of any kind!
Mix it all together in the metal Ice cream container and let it go until the maker seems to be having trouble! Enjoy and if you want it creamier, add a little extra milk and make it whole and a little less water!
If you are making Raspberry Ice cream...This is the best!
2 cans Evaporated milk
3 1/2 cp Sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1 Qt. milk
juice of 3 lemons
3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries or peaches!
Combine all ing. except milk. Fill with milk until it reaches the 4 qt. mark on the bowl. Not quite a quart usually!
